Below is the Google Forms document needed to register for the 2023-24 school year at Apple Tree Preschool. Please call the school at 815-436-9106 or email us at AppleTreePreschool78@gmail.com to see which class times and days are still available. If the class you are interested in has already been filled, please continue to mark it as your first choice. You will automatically be placed on a waiting list for classes that are full when you register. You can still register for this year by completing the registration form below. Please state that registration if for current year and not for fall.
