Currently, Apple Tree Preschool is full for the upcoming school year. However,
sometimes circumstances change for our families and openings occur. If you would
like to be added to our waiting list, please fill out the following form. You
may mail it to Apple Tree Preschool; 24020 W. Fraser Road; Plainfield, Illinois
60586, or e-mail it to Apple.Tree@Plainfielducc.org, or fax it to 815-436-0289.
When we have an opening you will be called. This waiting list will remain active
until the time of our next lottery drawing, which will be on January 28, 2009.

There is a $75.00 registration fee due once your child is accepted into the
program.
Prices for 2008-2009 school year: 2 day class - $125.00 per month
3 day class - $180.00 per month
