Registration Information
For 2009-2010


Apple Tree Preschool is proud to have an excellent reputation throughout our community and neighboring areas. Because of this success, it has created a situation in which there is not enough room for all of the children who wish to attend. To insure that a fair system of registration occurs, the Apple Tree Board of Directors has recommended that a lottery system be used to determine registration for the 2009 – 2010 school year. We are now accepting applications for registration for fall 2009. In order to be eligible, we must receive the enclosed form, no later than Tuesday, January 27th. You may mail it to Apple Tree Preschool; 24020 W. Fraser Rd.; Plainfield, Illinois 60586, fax it to 815-436-0289, or e-mail it to Apple.Tree@Plainfielducc.org.

If you would like to visit our school and view our classes please call to set up an appointment. New student visitation will take place during December and January. Our drawing will be held on the morning of Wednesday, January 28th. If your registration is drawn, you will be notified by phone as soon as possible. If you will be at work during the time of the drawing, please include your work telephone number on your application. If I leave a message on your answering machine, please respond as soon as possible but no later than 9:00 the next morning. If I do not hear from you by that time the spot will be offered to the next person on the lottery drawing list. When the classes are full, we will draw the remaining registrations and place those names on waiting lists for the classes you have indicated on your form. I will then mail a letter letting you know your number on the waiting list.
