Dear Parents,
Apple Tree Preschool is proud to have an excellent reputation throughout our community and neighboring areas. Because of this success, it has created a situation in which there is not enough room for all of the children who wish to attend. To insure that a fair system of registration occurs, the Apple Tree Board of Directors has recommended that a lottery system be used to determine registration for the 2007 – 2008 school year. We are now accepting applications for registration for fall 2007. In order to be eligible, we must receive the enclosed form, no later than Tuesday, January 30th.
Our drawing will be held on the morning of Wednesday, January 31st. If your registration is drawn, you will be notified by phone as soon as possible. If you will be at work during the time of the drawing, please include your work telephone number on your application. If I leave a message on your answering machine, you will have twenty-four
hours to respond before that spot is opened for the next person on the lottery drawing list. When the classes are full, we will draw the remaining registrations and place those names on waiting lists for the classes you have indicated on your form. I will then mail a letter letting you know your number on the waiting list.
